It's all your fault, ladies.  The power of suggestion.  I was so impressed that I had avoided "the crud", and after the conversation at the dinner table, woke up the next morning with a sore throat.  The power of positive thinking?  Being a pro-active kind of guy, I'm taking my Zicam religiously.  So far, it seems to be working.  God bless minerals!  And god bless each of you!  Enjoy the holy days and know you are loved!
