New fudge flavor

There are things that truly trip my trigger...spending time with friends...biking through corn field surrounded areas...giving speeches...my bride...and new fudge flavors.  Like most of the recent attempts, this idea came from the penultimate item on my list...as most of my good ideas do!  Still in the beta testing stage, attempt #1 was a true success.  Attempt #2, a slight variant of #1, is cooling as we speak.  Instead of crusting only the top, there is a chocolate crust on the bottom as well!  And dark chocolate at that.
